今天因為朋友腳部受傷,所以沒有到馬鞍山練習,自己一個人留在青衣練習。青衣練習的路線並不多,所以同一條路線要走三次。先在運動場走了6km,然後出去海旁路走,路線大概是4次和記大廈、3次西北公園、3次油站上斜-長康-長青-南橋-翠怡花園,重複3次,回到運動場再衝1km。 Cool down 和拉筋後再做2分鐘直體手睁支撐。可以順利爬升到37km,感覺很滿足! : )
