本來今天的配速應該是六分速,結果換新鞋Spacer一整個大爆走,速度要一直控制住,不然隨便跑都會低於05:30,跟不上的會是心肺....
有僅量的控制一下,但Spacer的反饋力在低於六分速會很明顯,高於六分就沒有明顯的感覺。
這讓我開始擔心起冬山河的配速了起來....
補給:因為沒有吃早餐,所以跑前吞了幾口威德,10K能量包一包~其他只有喝水跟運動飲料
特別備註:
1. 測試手持壺裝半瓶水~~結果還不錯~沒有感覺到手的負擔
2. 3.48K跟11K左右有跑去上了廁所(有停錶)
