星期四的山路團練……
一大早給自己要求4個小時的跑感,九點前回到家,今天依然從溫暖的家跑出門,一路到七腳川好友集合地,夥同團員們一起由白雲步道跑上山,在接楓林步道與社團會合拍照打卡,之後在回到七腳川集合地…從新再出發~目標窮人聖母(因為天氣熱了),不得不往山上跑了~就這樣…今天跑足了4小時後下課~
