後面太陽出來之後我就放棄最後一趟,跑到32公里很夠了,第三趟上坡一整個爆掉,第四趟可想而知,直接放棄,夠LSD的距離就好。維持跑姿到第三趟下坡回起點,速度自然出現不勉強,只是腳有些乏,畢竟是30公里了
