愛馬士南橫訓練團最終回~大雪山跑山訓練!有多摧殘,請見高度表。感謝龍哥費心安排訓練,也很開心與眾跑友一起完成!感想如下:去程除了前面的十公里算是平路外,後續就是緩坡,接著就是連續一般坡+陡坡上去,在跑上去時,就直接鐵腿了...下來是依靠強大的意志力+幸好大小腿沒真的抽筋,才能完成,超疲累。這場如此摧殘,主要原因有二:一是自己週三快速半馬的鐵腿未癒+睡眠不足,二是沿途沒有像馬拉松賽事的補給站(天氣寒冷,吃自己帶的補給都是冷食,沒有熱湯,沒有飽足感,胃感覺都是飢餓及胃寒,跑起來都是暈暈的血糖不足狀態,為此回程還堅持進中途的零售店吃泡麵,才稍微聊慰,也才能堅持的最終...)。假設一樣有補給,當然是鎮西堡難度較高,仁博雖沒全程完成,但也被操到,也還因此萌生放棄跑鎮西堡或其他場的百K想法(幸好...不然我才不想跑第二次鎮西堡...)
