台南政文 里程數不足,少1K,不過,全程沒散步,我辦到了~
很高興回來時看到蜜蜂哥,大家一起為公益出把力^=^
早上4點半起床,看窗外的木瓜樹搖啊搖的,心裡大概有個底了,海邊風會更大,到會場前一下車,說冷倒還不至於,就是偏涼了點,可是風真是夠大了,寄物時,北門高中的志工們有夠親切熱誠的,還跟我說了一聲加油。
今天既定用定速5.5分速看能撐多遠,因為天氣冷跑起來是輕鬆自在不累不喘,沿路東北風不斷,可感受到有相當的阻力,不料,5K前右膝臏骨內側痛了起來,說痛是很痛,要忍是能忍,8K上了堤頂道路後,寬闊的海景,遠處一大條的白浪,這都沒得好好欣賞了,整段2公里長無遮蔽又大風狂吹的艱困路段,不由得激起了鬥志,在衝這大右彎時被風吹偏了幾次,身體也被吹得冷冷的,那一頭10K的補給站真是像沙漠中的綠洲一樣,只有一個感動可形容,之後除了一小段的樹木有遮蔽風之外,還是一路迎風不斷,第二圈後感覺風力有比較強,也許是體力稍差了,再一次衝大彎道時,雖然有認真在拼,還是足足降速了20秒有,右腳的痛直到34K補給站上完廁所後就莫名的沒感覺了,很難得一路風大腳痛的困境下能全程用跑的撐到終點。
