今日算是淋雨開心跑馬,感謝老天爺~
沒意外第35km以後開始撞牆,吃補給、喝比魯、噴肌樂都無效,一路直掉速~最後2km左腿已經快要陣亡(抽筋),驚險破4(3小時59分)回來~哈。
PS:吃完大會的7-11便當,覺得肚子還是很空洞,立馬買兩包泡麵回家吃。😆
