| 這2年參加賽事都是在配速的我很少自己報名全馬,所以PB當然無法破,4月日本長野馬也因為失溫沒辦法破PB,今天的台北馬因為是自己報名賽事,又是家鄉馬,就想拚拚看。
一早先參加AR合照,adidas也禮遇我們,讓AR在第二排起跑,一路上小雨不斷,尤其河濱風又大很難跑,前30KM還可以以自己希望的成績3小時30分的速度完賽,可惜耐力不足,後繼乏力,倒數5KM又遇到側腹痛+快抽筋+起水泡,只好每KM改成走100M跑900M,最後以3小時34分11秒完賽,把PB加快4分鐘,雖然不滿意但可以接受的成績。 賽後評分: 彎道太多,河濱逆風太大,建議減少河濱距離 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 120~146 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 146~164 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 164~170 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 170~180 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 180~185 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為185 點此去設定最大心率 |
