基本訓練~~
左腿鼠蹊部跟髖關節走路微痛不敢跑太快, 每踏一步就酸一下, 左腿抬不高, 只能慢慢亀...
跑到第5K後痠痛感漸漸舒緩, 不知道是麻痺了, 還是糾結的筋脈被熱開了, 就這樣順順的跑完明天要參加的9K...
(第1K明明是龜速, 是GPS太興奮!)
