不曉得是不是感冒的關係,最近跑得好虛,恢復力好像差了一點,還是低潮期?今天就順順跑,注意力集中在呼吸跟心率,雙腳有酸酸的感覺,身體還也蠻沉重的…何時該休息不能變偷懶、何時該堅持不能變固執,這個標準似乎也考驗跑者的自覺(但我常常自我感覺良好orz)
