本次走一個練心路線,身為超馬跑者除了體力要好,更重要的是要有超強大的意志力~
因此今日路線規劃就是: 至善國中→楓林橋-風櫃嘴來回*三趟→至善國中。
補給點是楓林橋附近的雜貨店,共停兩次,約16.8K(補給寶礦力水得580ml*1)與29.8K時(補給寶礦力水得580ml*1孔雀捲心酥布丁口味*1),初始手持450ml水,所以總計消耗的液態補給為1610ml。
嗯...楓林橋-風櫃嘴來回趟數破PB了,三趟,下次看有沒有機會挑戰四趟,然後興華派出所-二子坪遊客中心來回兩趟的PB看能不能更新成三趟...🤣🤣
