上禮拜跑完星光馬,本來這週是要休息的,不過進步神速的堂弟約跑巴拉卡,想說自己也很就久沒上去了,難得有跑速差不多的人能一起跑也不錯,就跑吧。早上5點到天元宮一路上涼涼的,差一點就要穿外套了,所以我們在舒服的溫度下起跑,到派出所前的3公里用了25分鐘當熱身跑,在派出所上個廁所短暫休息後,就進入主要上坡段,一路用7分多的速度邊聊天邊上山其實也不太累,上到二子坪後沒有休息直攻大屯山助航台,這一段就真的累爆,當步兵小走了2段,到山頂大約花了2小時,上面由於是陰天風吹來會有點冷,也只拍拍照短暫休息就下山了,下到二子坪這段路好像是休息時灌太多水,胃不太舒服,還好到二子坪時休息一下把氣嗝出來就沒事了,下山是用540左右的速度跑,想快好像也沒辦法,一直覺的腳沒力,下山到派出所時真的覺得好累呀,最後回到天元宮的3公里完全是用意志力在撐。
