今天的天氣不錯,但嘴饞的我,要跑之前吃了一片起司厚土司,加上一個蘿蔔絲餅,一起跑我就後悔了,肚子好撐,跑起來渾身不協調,跑起來一點都不舒服,連帶著腳跟也痛了起來,一直到十公里過後才比較好一些,真是有夠白痴的,這也給我一個很好的經驗,起跑前,肚子要放空,精神才會敏銳,動作才會流暢,以後一定不能在跑前把肚子裝滿食物了,
