前30k還能維持很舒適的配速前進,
但足底的敏感還是在30k發生………
踩到小小石頭都痛><,
踩到石頭的自然反應也造成小腿肌群的負擔(回終點後舒緩活動居然小腿大抽筋,痛死我了),
後面的里程也只好跑走完成…
過程中,遇到一位赤足前輩,
跑了50幾場赤足馬也完成赤足百k(他現在穿阿拖跑),看我踮腳…他就跑到我身邊說要借我穿鞋緩和一下^^,只是我謝絕了他的好意,
跑步(人生)的過程中,
惟有在那臨界點時才會所有進步,
後面的里程雖然有點痛苦,
但希望一點一點的累積,
哪天我能很開心的跑每一場赤足馬^^
