| 超硬斗的路線,今天睡醒後雙腿痠痛中。
里程只有56km,低於十度的低溫,赤腳跑來特別辛苦,跑到20幾k時拿出背包裡的夾腳拖對付粗造路面,穿穿拖拖的,不穿時就拿在手上,很輕的拖鞋也不礙事,還好有準備拖鞋,不然在40幾k的碎石登山路徑中就慘了。
