連兩年參加斗棒超馬6小時賽當開學馬
今年練得少,只跑了44圈(去年46圈,分二)分五,可惜只取三名
今天四點起跑,天氣超熱的!還沒跑,我的衣服就已經濕透了,每圈都去淋冷水,共淋了44次,歐不知是在跑馬還是洗澡啊!哈哈~
證書上是56.32k,因為它是用一圈1.28k來計算,這是跑內圈的距離,但是假如跑較外側,就不只1.28k了!所以我的920是顯示62.44k! 賽前宣言: 第30馬.繼去年之後再次來玩6H賽!去年分2,今年..... 賽後評分: 中規中矩的賽事
還好有冰水可淋在身上
不然今天熱爆了
