破半馬PB(我跑進100分鐘內了!!!!),耶~~
半夜四點喉嚨痛,應該是感冒了,去陽台探了一下溫度,有夠冷,從四點在客廳掙扎到五點半,想說還是多少跑一下,穿短褲和二件排汗衣及一件棉外套,騎車去起跑點,邊騎邊幹....(冷死了),五點四十起跑,這時間正常來說我跑不完半馬,所以心想先10~12K好了,起跑時因為太冷手腳放不開,所以採用小碎步(步幅小步頻快),結果起速就從五分半速開始,3K之後就莫名其妙跳到四分速了,好吧,就一直維持五分速內看看能跑多久,撐了12K竟然還不到一小時的時間,我心想那跑15~16K好了,跑完 16K,心想不跑個半馬實在說不過去,所以儘量撐五分速內,最後總算破了預計明年要達成的目標(半馬100分鐘內)
