台北市kimweng  今年也算跑第三次了,賽道比較熟悉一些,目標還是一樣,就是不要抽筋。
碰到上坡就慢慢凸,下坡就稍微放開腳步,大概10Km吞一顆鹽碇,大概到最後2Km才有快抽筋的感覺,不過,最後是沒有真正的抽筋,算是目標有達成啦! 賽前宣言: 去年有事無法參加,今年希望能順利,繼續朝VIP之路邁進~~ 賽後評分: 補給充足、志工熱情、賽道難度適中,很棒!
