阿拖初馬
終於有機會跑在的賽事了
會場離家近的好處就是一早整理好,慢慢緩跑過去當熱身
起跑後一路順順跑,結果5k補給站不小心按到暫停,一直到7k才發現,所以手錶測量少了近2k
這陣子練習量真的不足,沒有基礎跑量,沒有肌耐力,27k後開始僵硬,撐到30k開始就抽到不要不要的,整個大腿肌肉硬到會抽跳,剩下的路只好慢慢散步了,還好在賽前預定的5小時內完賽
今天的補給其實還不錯,熱心民眾的私補站也很豐盛,一路吃的飽飽的,半路還喝了杯紅酒,滿足
明年再好好練習,好好的跑一下
