這一年發生很多事,結果就是跑步的時間減少許多,平均月跑量只剩100K不到;有沒有練是騙不了人的,一開始還算順利,但跑到27,28K就開始撞牆了,可是這可不是標馬啊 !! 然後就開始啟動跑走模式,進到休息區就不想去了,最後一個半小時乾脆就賴著等結束,其實要跑也還是可以的,ㄧ切都是 "意志不堅" 的問題啊,關於 "練心" 這件事,還有很多要學的..........
