| 一年一度的跑馬界期末考又來了
今天的台北應該是跑馬人最喜歡的天氣
跟著熱血的大部隊跑
前半馬1h48”,跑得也還輕鬆寫意
想說應該順順的可以跑3h45”完賽
跑完30k才用了2h35”,覺得實在不可以辜負這難得的好天氣,應該直接衝擊pb3h42”,不然就太孬了
現實果然打臉的特別快
進入河濱的幾段逆風硬要出力就直接抽筋,
最後7k都在抽筋煎熬度過
雖然最後掉漆了,跑了不鹹不淡的成績
但奮力拼搏才是我賭徒性格
特別喜歡有一段路加油團放「台灣尚勇」
聽了會不自覺跑到4分速,太激勵人心了!
