上個月跑量不足,加上感冒吃藥中,因此採用與永和山馬相同的心率配速法,每分鐘150下左右,所以這場設定430左右完賽,所幸天氣沒想像中炎熱,得以順利完賽。28K想拼最後一個過紅綠燈,沒想到變成第一個被擋下來的,等了快2分鐘,綠燈後想加速補回時間,沒想到我最怕的橫隔膜痛又來了,只好開始降速,直到最後1K,可能前面跑得太爽了,所以還有餘力加速一下。就這樣的回到終點。整個過程中,遇到好多不同人生階段所認識的跑友,大家互相鼓勵,是這場賽事最大的意外收貨! 賽前宣言: 09/03(六) 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 109~132 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 132~149 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 149~154 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 154~163 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 163~168 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為168 點此去設定最大心率 |
