明天渣打馬拉松沒有參賽,但朋友們幾乎都有跑,所以今天獨自跑,因為早上要開大學同學會,所以算好起床時間,結果睡過頭,晚了半小時才起床。
只好減少休息,速度加快,結果跑完後居然橫紋肌溶解,不知道怎麼又這樣,明明速度沒有多快,也有喝水,又要休息幾天了
