今日在台中霧峰比賽,天氣非常寒冷10度上下,有點小山路,跑四圈每圈5.3公里,防寒裝備多一點,人數將近200多人,很久沒跑欣恩賽事,遇見許多老朋友,前21公里1小時50分,後面第四圈山路好硬,降到六分多速,後面最後四公里身體有點狀況肝醣降低,人非常不舒服,馬上至補給站補充巧克力餅乾
,體力才慢慢恢復,運氣好取得總八佳績,順利完賽喔,下週台南英雄馬見喔
