跑馬百日維新運動day25
今天跑第二屆台灣馬拉松,起跑一直到完賽都是細雨不斷,賽道上鮮少有遮蔽物,幸好全程下雨,不然又有得曬了。
今天讓我有一點小確幸,就是讓我跑出睽違2年的「sub5」的個人佳績,本來沒有想到會有這樣的成績,開跑後速度也不是頂優的,就這麼跟著綱爺、永郁哥等前輩的腳步往前,讓我起了嚐試sub5的念頭,皇天不負苦心人,也讓我再嚐甜果,我想這是百日維新的成果,加油,還有近80天,期待有更好的成果展現哦^^
