這次獲得最大的改善是早餐終於有吃飽了,不用頻繁進出水站補給。在進行途中從陰天到大雨,從大雨到刮大風大霧,最後還很戲劇性的雨過天晴,像極了人生的體驗,而先後跑了這幾場賽事下來,感覺馬拉松不只是要練力,更是要練心呀!!
