天氣那麼好不出門跑跑實在是對不起自己,今天早上慢跑的人好多,每個人跑起來都面帶微笑,相信大家這禮拜都憋出個鳥來了。這次還是盡量維持低心律跑,不過後段跑起來好累,右腳髖部外側酸酸的不太舒服,腰部也酸酸的,而昨天拉傷的上背頸部跑完後有比較放鬆。
