今天原本是大佳拜年馬的,但前天跑步在林口的騎樓間不小心踩空導致大腿股四頭肌拉傷只好棄賽,但還是一早和老公來到大佳同歡樂,老公參賽跑步消除罪惡的脂肪,我也散步了四圈完成了10K ... 加減運動一下,不過補給不小心又吃很多 >///<
