今天陽明山路跑,因為小腿肌肉拉傷,本來只是想走走散散步就好,想説跑不動就回家,那知這是一條沒有半路回頭的路,小心的慢慢跑上山,小腿沒有想像的痛,就這樣一路跑跑走走,真沒想到就這樣跑回來,真是開心。
