早晨涼涼的跑起來很舒服,今天腳有點沈,慢慢跑拉長跑步距離,每次半馬跑到後半段都後繼無力😑,肌力明顯真的不足😲,跑完剛好遇到台南ㄚ德很親切的跟我打招呼,我ㄧ下子沒認出來還問人家是誰😛,真是拍謝😅,繼續加油了✊
