前幾天睡覺時落枕, 這兩天脖子痠連帶頭也痛起來, 不喜歡萬金油跟貼布的味道, 也不喜歡頭一痛就吃藥, 那就跑步吧!
說也神奇, 跑個10K後脖子就不痛了, 頭也好了, 神清氣爽, 真神奇!
果然跑步是最好的自癒方式~~~ :-)
