今天想說來跑半馬,開始慢慢的跑,跑了10公里,感覺還不錯,不過到了15公里覺得有點累,所以就不想跑了,想說半馬還是下星期再來慢慢增加,不過昨天的天氣,其實還蠻舒服的,漸漸夏天了,一定要維持跑步的習慣才可,最近太懶散了...這個月才跑150公里左右,真的太少了,所以會越跑越累...
