看著很多人在補給站用水瓢裝水往身上倒,我是想跳進去泡水⋯XD 賽前宣言: 我的第一個全馬!
五月初應該很熱...
目標:
低標 4小時,
高標:3小時40分。 賽後評分: 1. 補給不錯,每2.5K就有一個水站!!!
2. 路線還不錯,但是里程不足。
3. 退晶片和領便當真是要繞好遠,跑完腿很酸還有這樣走,很不體貼。(我覺得有商業考量...)
4. 便當好看不好吃。
