原本是星期六的進度,但由於老婆昨日的恩准(不知是真心的還是口誤),此機會(人和)不是常有的,所以也就提前一天了。
其實,今天跑起來真的很吃力,雖然已有了一天的休息時間,但八卦馬的疲累還未恢復,而前天的練跑似乎也沒有順利地清除肌肉內的乳酸,甚至還加深了肌肉的疲累感,跑起來真是倍感艱辛,但可以值得開心的是,跑感已慢慢形成了,跑起來已不會太陌生,但還是相當地吃力。
