今天右腳底沒有疼痛感,但保險起見還是換避震佳、厚底的跑鞋。腳底輕微拉傷的原因,我覺得應該是跟最近換木質硬底皮鞋有關,因為個人會有個壞習慣。快遲到趕時間會穿著皮鞋跑步,或許就是這樣拉傷。
