理當好好補眠的我,為何非跑不可?
1、前一日沒跑或之後幾日沒時間跑
2、心情鬱悶
3、吃太多,想消脂
......
這大概是我今日說什麼也要去跑步的幾個原因吧!幸好在有限時間內有補眠到2小時,還有精神可以在公園繞圈圈放空跑(放空,也算是一種休息...睡眠)。
感覺身體狀況有比前幾日跑又更進步些,看來適度的休息還是有其必要,所以週末又要休跑,而週日?那就得我的意志力了!
