最近生病然後去跑,全身沒什麼力氣的情況下,腳的問題一直纏著我,好幾次想要放棄折返,在加上山上下了大雨,身體失溫,慢慢調整步伐與呼吸,雖然跑的結果不怎樣,但很高興最後還是跑完了!要相信自己的實力,一定可以克服很多問題,尤其是心理。
