又來到每月月初的歐吉桑LSD趴趴跑,本想以每公里七分鐘慢跑!因途中多次等候小犬,就當成是一邊訓練一邊玩吧!今天首次帶著兒子(騎自行車)跟著,只不過平時疏於訓練體力,老爸慢跑上壽山,他卻騎到一半就牽著車上壽山,我就先跑了!過了忠烈祠仍不見蹤影?就直接下至中山大學全家等他!電話聯絡他,他太累了!就告訴他我先跑了!至中山大學後就往柴山方向去!直到我從柴山管制哨折返,一直未見他蹤影,原來他就在山下中山大學全家等我!唉!本想與他一起分享看柴山的獼猴,無奈他自己說他體力不佳,看來得找機會好好訓練他了!
