最近不太喜歡跑操場,主要是新版軟體不好用,里程不精確還常算錯圈數,害我都要自己捏手指輔助。每次算到四或九時,就翹起蓮花指,感覺真娘。不過操場的好處是比較不會累,累積里程較容易,也不怕北風的逆襲,所以偶爾還是會搭配一下。
莫名其妙想聽美國選舉開票,就邊跑邊聽fox news,很沒節奏感的,所以很難快起來。不過慢慢也好,可以撐比較遠。
前面到快10k時有點累,差點想放棄,後來就順了還能加快腳步。這雙舊鞋腳跟磨損的很嚴重,平常著地都負擔很大。後來提醒自己把重心往前一點,用腳中前方著地,就舒服一點,腳步也跨比較大。只是這鞋撐了一年多,真的該壽終正寢了。好想買新鞋阿~
