Finally, got Internet, we are at airport now, will arrived Taipei this afternoon.
About TNF50, glad I finished, but I didnt enoy, stomach paiful from CP1 , nearly gave up CP3, but glad I keep goiing, 9hours39mins, got 19th of woman.
Learn so much from this race, it is really good and tough race.🙂
1.Never wore new shoe in race day.
2.Should npt drink too much sweet energy drink from beginng, listen your body.
3.Most important, not enough long distance trail traninigs is most import! 🙂
