中秋過後,一直努力清空烤肉後剩下的食材
預估大概還要吃2個禮拜才有辦法完全解決吧~~
體重也因此一直降不下來,連帶跑步也覺得異常沉重
也許是因為有藉口,也或許是現在得失心比較沒有那麼重
好像比較能夠接受快不起來的事實
就順順的跑,不強求自己拉快速度
跑起來也比較舒服
