硬撐應該勉強跑得完,但是不想撐了
想說昨天沒跑特別快,也沒比平常遠,休息又充分,因此也不會累
今天就不特別休息了,想嘗試突破星光馬試跑障礙
4'24/km的速度,遠比星光馬試跑的4'12/km慢得多
雖然昨天有跑了21K,但是應該可以順利跑完
沒想到一開跑就不順,不知道是昨天的疲勞,還是上禮拜習慣跑慢
根本跑不到預定的目標下限,只好施點力將速度勉強撐到預定目標
約20圈時,天氣突然變天,好像要下雨
趕快停下來拿夾鍊帶,一拿完,跑起來就不順了
只能慢慢地將速度及跑姿調整回來
到約40圈時,換鞋帶鬆掉了,停下來綁完鞋帶
整個跑感又失去了,又再次重新調整勉強跑完平常的50圈
一連串的狀況,此時已經軍心渙散,沒有鬥志了
而且今天速度一直起不來,再加上這幾天,其實有點感冒
鼻塞導致跑的過程,呼吸實在很不順
原本特別準備要突破星光馬試跑障礙的補給品
也不敢隨便停下來拿取,怕一拿就又跑不動了
此時心中只能不斷鼓勵自己,已經破50圈了
每多跑1圈,都已經是超越自己了,跑多少算多少
最後跑到65圈時,雖然覺得可以跑完70圈
但是想到以後2天的假日只打算跑1天長距離
最近也沒有比賽了,接下來也該準備自強的接力賽
而接力賽是屬於短程的,沒必要這樣跑
昨天也已經跑了21K,
重點中的重點是65圈剛好是星光馬試跑的距離
想說那就到此為止吧
準備今天的大吃大喝行程,明天休兵1天,星期二再戰了
