| 我的初百k!無傷完賽😅😅😅
2個月前的我,腳受傷,完全無法正常行走,更別說跑長距離了!為了挑戰鎮西堡100公里,只能開始忍著痛跑步!忍受那每抬一步腳,就痛一次的痛苦!跑姿完全跑掉,右腳肌力全沒了!因為只剩20天可以練習,所以決定,以不受傷為主,時間內完賽就好,不拼成績了!
為了練習,第一次在潭雅神跑到燈熄了,才知道原來10點會關燈!也因為跑不快,只能忍受那獨自在黑暗中跑步的恐懼,跟那腳每著地一次就痛一次的痛苦!
跑步時,一直要避開痛點,加上右腳肌力全沒了!所以跑步的聲音很大聲!為了改善這個問題,開始提升右腳的肌力,並以調整走路的姿勢來改善跑姿!永遠無法忘記走那5公里時,所處的痛苦與煎熬!
今天的我可以驕傲的說,我做到了!而且腳的狀況良好,可以進行接下來的賽事練習!
