第一次参加山路馬拉松穿錯鞋造成右足肌腱扭傷很慘,應該停賽而未終止,勉強完賽的下場就是只能休息養傷,得不償失。
賽前宣言: 第一次參加山路馬拉松聽說賽途很硬,希望無風無雨無平安傷完賽
賽後評分: 山路賽道美風景佳,可惜第一段5K全上坡很硬,最後2~5K都是碎石路跑起來心驚膽戰深怕没踩穩扭到腳。補給站補好補滿,唯一缺點是好像没有醫護站或看到救護人員可以處理臨時傷痛。
