前天腳傷才剛好,且3月沒有跑量
也沒半次跑超過21k
真的是天上靠運氣去跑的
還好回程碰到斗姐一起慢慢跑
真是讓我轉移不少腳傷的注意
35-38k這時候我真的完全不想說話
頭彽低的一步一步走
38k被ian大哥關門馬帶著跑
是真的快被關門了
所幸~初馬達成了
