下午來一場特訓,虎頭埤後山再繞到岡林教會,跑到剩最後4k時右腳膝蓋居然給我痛起來,再加上右大腿抽筋,頭都剃下去了還是要把它完成,又沒辦法折返(因為折返路更遠)😭😭😭,還好有德哥相伴陪我跑走,否則這一小段路還真是漫長。
