This was my first to see the flat tire .Actually, I was quite nervous while happen this accident. Fortunately, predecessors had much experience on the flat tire and taught us much professional knowledge about the crisis management. I held the opportunity to get great way on the fix flat tire.
How to disassemble the tire and operates the tool to pull the inner tire while the freewheel must toward ground for avoid damaging inner tire and seek the nail over a little saturated situation. Moreover, find the reason and paste the patch and setup inner tire back correct location to notice the valve is on last procedure and check it carefully avoid the outer tire forcing (press) the liner tire that occur the implode.
I must ask myself to study more knowledge on maintenance of bicycle. After all, it has a big opportunity to happen flat tire when you have a long distance cycling.

I found out my strength has increased over the last year.
