參加火燒島(綠島).昨天休息.平常只練五公里的量~在跑21K.跑到10K後體力下降許多~體會到平常這樣練是不夠~現在要改變練習方式.加強耐力持久性.原本很重視這場比賽.卻跑出這樣成績.今天輕鬆跑.大腿好酸~
