613143_PatrickMalgo I should have bought new shoes earlier. so much more comfortable to run. legs were burning but not exhausted. had some issues with my heartrate though. bumped to 170 and almost 180bpm for a while. need to manage that but it went well

John Fang good good ! once you can run longer w/o any injury, you can run faster later, step by step from 3k/16min or 5k/28min to 10k/55~50min.
