比賽一開始小李哥就衝出去了
從此不見人
我跟在jay yang和珈源後面
內心有破4的期待
想說跟著jay yang跑應該穩穩的
約莫16k前後的補給站jay 和珈源停比較久
我就自己先跑出去
從此自己跑
一路上都還算順利
保持著540-600的速度在跑
盤算著過30K後還有餘力就在加點速
沒想到過了31K左右就不行了
破4願望從此一去不復返
這樣的結果很符合我目前的實力的
跑完了...很滿足
也讓我知道該往那邊補強
期待下一場馬
